In March of 2024, I became the social media intern for the Annex Apartments in Oxford, Ohio. In this position, I took over the Annex’s Instagram page. I learned the social media management software, Soci, for this position. I also planned geofencing reels that would be shown as advertisements on Instagram.

I coordinated these reels, planned when they would post, and tracked the engagements.
This reel was to advertise our summer giveaway, which I got all of the experience team members together to get people excited about the giveaway.
This reel shows off the Annex’s model unit in a relatable way to college students.
This reel was used for the Annex’s geofencing advertisement that went out to anyone on Instagram who was in our target audience.

Nightmare before Shuttle Bus!!
I drew this chalkboard design that shows the Annex shuttle bus going over the hill from a Nightmare before Christmas. This board was posted on Instagram as well as posted in the Clubhouse during Halloween. It was taken to the Housing Fair in order to gain leads for the Annex.
