COUR Design Capstone Group Project
The Black Keys- No Rain No Flowers Tour Assets
Riley Green Damn Country Music Tour Assets
The Driver Era- Obsession Tour Assets
Over the course of 4 months, from January 2025 to May of 2025, a team of 17 students, including myself, created iterations of designs to send over to the COUR team in order to be used by the team for these concert tours. COUR, which was the powerhouse design team behind the infamous Charli XCX Brat tour, as well as other creators like Billie Eilish. We were tasked with testing these designs on Miami University’s XR stage to make sure they worked before sending over the final design. We were able to access the Driver Era’s album Obsession early in order to accurately create sets for the tour. I have attached our group process book below.

Boxcar Material Texture Design
These boxcars were designed to give a vintage vibe to one of the end show designs. Within the design, the box cars were driving around the screen on streets above the 3D designed Unreal Engine city, which was made by Gus Kirkpatrick. He created a city skyline in Unreal and I was creating concept sketches for what sets were going to happen in the background of the black keys. These boxcars designs were put onto 3D models that Stephen Holland made.

The Black Keys Card Designs
I created these cards to be placed on a 3D scene of playing cards falling. These cards were to be falling on the Vanish screen behind the Black Keys during their concert set. This was one set of assets sent over to the COUR team to be potentially used by them for the concert.
The Black Keys Unreal City Mockups
These mockups were created in Procreate as a Mockup for a 3D designer to create 3D renders of my designs. This is a planned out sequence for the final act of the concert followed by the 3D renders. You can see some of my team members in front of our XR stage with the final models on the stage.
The Black Keys Psychedelic Visuals
My team was tasked with creating many iterations of psychedelic visuals that would attach to some of the slower songs on the album. They are attached below.
